SOUTH PARK LOOP GUEST HOUSE
This 2BR guest house is located on South Park Loop about 5 minutes from the polo fields.
It is 1000 sq/feet and has 2 bedrooms.
There is an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area with 1 bathroom.
There are 2 parking spaces, a privae entrance and Teton Views!
There is a stacked washer dyer as well.

COTTONWOOD PARK
This is a 1,600 square foot home in Cottonwood Park about 8 minutes to the polo fields.
It is a ranch style 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath with two living rooms.
Washer/dyer
BBQ.
Large fenced in backyard with a deck with mature flower gardens and large shady willows.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed,
2nd bedroom a Queen
3rd bedroom we are currently using as an office but could hold a queen or a single which we would be happy to set up if needed. This is the only room we did not take a picture of.
The front living room has a fold out Futon that sleeps 2.
We have a gardener and a fairly big veggie garden.
We have a cat we would like to have stay here. He is an indoor outdoor cat meaning there is no litter box to clean.
If that does not work we can take him with us. $1800/week

This spacious home on the Teton Village Road sleeps 12-14 people.
It sits on a treed lot with Teton views, a nice yard, wild flowers and sunny porch.
It is 15-20 minutes to the polo grounds.

POLO RANCHES CABIN
This cabin sits on 3+private acres with a pond, views and horses are allowed.
It is approximately 2000 square feet.
There is a living room, kitchen, dining area, and sun room overlooking the pond on the first floor as well as a washer dryer/bathroom combo.
The upstairs has an airey, open loft with a queen sized bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a twin (or possibly 2). There is a balcony off the second floor overlooking the pond.
There is a full bath and walk in closet on the second floor with storage above in a loft.
This unique and private property will be for sale this summer. Tennants will need to keep the property neat and be cooperative with 24 hour notice real estate showings and possibly 1 open house from 10-noon.
